Kelly George, APRN
Nurse Practitioner
Kelly is an experienced board-certified advanced practice nurse who has experience in orthopedics, pre-operative and post-operative care, ICU and neuro ICU care, and family medicine. She graduated from the University of Kentucky and went on to receive her BSN at Bellarmine University and her MSN at the University of Louisville.
Brendan Shevchik, PA-C
Physician Assistant
Brendan is a physician assistant who works closely with Dr. Lauren Boden. He specializes in Orthopedic Spine Surgery. Born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA, he graduated from the University of Pittsburgh and worked as a nursing assistant to an orthopedic/trauma/burn unit at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center before moving to Cleveland, OH where he obtained his Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Case Western Reserve University. He aims to provide the highest quality surgical and non-surgical care for those dealing with neck and back pain in a timely and compassionate manner.

Danielle and Madaya serve as Medical Assistants to Drs. Boden. As integral members of the team, they assist with clinic, scheduling, rooming, patient reception and service.

Tonia Hennis is an experienced x-ray technician with UofL Health.
Natasha Lonnon, MBA
Practice Manager
Natasha serves as the practice manager for Drs Boden. She has been in Orthopedics for over 18 years so she has the knowledge, compassion and understanding of what is necessary to run a successful medical practice. Natasha is the go-to person for our providers, patients and other business partners ensuring all interactions are handled with professionalism and care. She is originally from Texas but has called Louisville home for twenty years. Natasha received her MBA from Sullivan University.
